Nature of Services

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Service Period Begins: If a fee payment is made for a future academic period (term/semester) that has not yet commenced, you may request a cancellation and full refund within 7 days of payment by contacting us in writing.
  • After Service Period Begins: Once the academic period for which the fee has been paid has commenced, cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A proportionate deduction may apply depending on the services already rendered.
  • Non-Cancellable Fees: Examination fees, once the examination schedule has been published, and admission processing fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

  • Duplicate Payments: If a fee is charged more than once due to a technical error or system glitch, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
  • Excess Payments: If a payment exceeds the actual fee amount, the excess will be refunded or adjusted against future fee instalments, at the parent's or guardian's discretion.
  • Failed Transactions: If an amount is debited from your account but the transaction is not confirmed on our system, the amount will be automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If not, please contact us with the transaction details and we will initiate the refund.
  • Withdrawal / Transfer: If a student withdraws or transfers from FLYING COLOURS THE UNIVERSAL SCHOOL, any refund of pre-paid fees will be processed as per the school's withdrawal policy. A proportionate deduction for services already utilised, plus an administrative fee, may apply.
  • Service Not Delivered: In the unlikely event that a paid service (e.g., transport, lab access) cannot be provided by the school due to circumstances within our control, a full or proportionate refund will be processed.

Refund Process

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Change of mind after the academic term has commenced and services are being utilised.
  • Disciplinary action leading to suspension or expulsion of the student.
  • Fees paid for services that have already been fully rendered.
